Roni is operated by Techie Industries LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Roni is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tonal, Garmin, or Fitbit. ## Plans - Free: Hosted by Roni. Bring your own Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, or OpenRouter key. Free includes up to 30 AI messages a day. The AI provider may charge for usage. - Roni Pro: $15 per month. Includes managed AI, up to 500 AI messages a month, and Garmin. Garmin requires Roni Pro and remains subject to provider review. ## Providers - Tonal: Roni reads authorized training history, strength scores, and movement data. On every plan, Roni can send an approved strength workout to Tonal. - Garmin: With Roni Pro, Garmin can provide training and recovery context. Roni sends approved strength, running, and cycling workouts to Garmin Connect, where they sync to your watch. Garmin availability remains subject to provider review. - Fitbit: Fitbit provides read-only activity, health metrics, and sleep context through Google Health consent, not a Fitbit-native login. Fitbit availability remains subject to provider review. Tonal is optional. Without it, athletes can log strength sessions manually and Roni can program and track their week. ## Coaching - Plans use authorized training history, recovery context, goals, schedule, and changes an athlete tells Roni about in chat. - Athletes ask Roni to build or rebuild a week when their circumstances change. - Roni can suggest changes to weights or reps using completed Tonal sets and target weights. Suggestions are informational and remain subject to review. - The coach can structure training in blocks and call a deload when RPE has been high. It does not apply a plan without an athlete's request. - Athletes can log RPE in chat and record injuries, limitations, goals, and exercise preferences. - Tonal muscle readiness is a coaching aid based on Tonal training data. It is not a medical measure. - Roni leaves in-app check-ins for missed sessions, hard weeks, PRs, and gaps. - If athletes log calories and protein, Roni can use that context in coaching. - Roni remembers preferences, injuries, and what an athlete has told it. Memory can be reviewed and deleted in Settings. ## Data and privacy - Tonal passwords are used to obtain tokens and are not retained by Roni. - Tonal tokens and user-provided AI keys are encrypted before database storage. - AI and product telemetry may be processed by providers identified in the [Privacy Policy](https://roni.coach/privacy). - Athletes can disconnect providers and use product controls or support to request access, export, correction, or deletion. ## Pages - [Home](https://roni.coach): Product overview and signup - [Features](https://roni.coach/features): Coaching and supported delivery - [How It Works](https://roni.coach/how-it-works): Connect, configure, review, and train - [Pricing](https://roni.coach/pricing): Free and Roni Pro plan details - [FAQ](https://roni.coach/faq): Product, safety, privacy, and plan questions - [Privacy](https://roni.coach/privacy): Data collection, processing, retention, and deletion - [Terms](https://roni.coach/terms): Service and subscription terms - [Trademarks](https://roni.coach/trademarks): Roni and third-party mark guidelines - [Contact](https://roni.coach/contact): Customer support ## More detail - [Full product reference](https://roni.coach/llms-full.txt)
