Techie Industries LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, operates Roni, an independent service that provides AI-powered coaching for Tonal fitness machine users. Roni is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Tonal Systems, Inc. The service accesses Tonal through your connected account.
This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Techie Industries LLC makes no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI coaching advice, or continued availability of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techie Industries LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this service, including injury from following AI-generated workout advice, loss of data, disruption to your Tonal account, or other direct or indirect damages.
AI coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.
Roni's current service, software, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Techie Industries LLC. Previously published source code remains governed by the license that accompanied the applicable release, commit, or ref; these terms do not revoke historical license grants.
You retain ownership of your prompts, data, and other materials you provide. You grant Techie Industries LLC the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that material to operate, secure, support, and improve the service under these terms and the Privacy Policy.
This service uses Tonal APIs. Tonal could change or restrict these APIs at any time, which may cause the service to stop working. While no account issues have been reported, using third-party services with your Tonal account could theoretically result in account restrictions. You accept this risk.
Roni's free plan remains available when you provide your own supported AI provider key. Roni Pro is an optional recurring monthly subscription that includes managed AI usage subject to the limit shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Polar acts as the merchant of record and processes payment, taxes, invoices, and billing management.
You can cancel from Settings. Unless the checkout or customer portal states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Prices, taxes, and any applicable refund terms are shown by Polar during checkout and are subject to applicable law.
Techie Industries LLC may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal compliance. You may delete your account at any time. Account closure removes your Roni application data from active storage. Polar may retain transaction and billing records as required for payment processing, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
